OVEN

Our "BOIS DORE" ovens are available in different dimensions (technical data below).

In addition to thick refractory stones, they are also insulated internally to increase thermal inertia.

The ovens are easily and quickly installed. No special skills are required for assembly. After being connected to a 130mm flue they can be used immediately. They can also be placed on masonry units or on a cart (See "Support" and "Cart" section).

The choice of model depends on the desired use. It is a good idea to contact us in order to define together the oven best suited to your needs.

For installation on a terrace, the ovens can be installed under a shelter or covered with masonry.
